Date:

The First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Fempreneur Accelerator Program is an empowering initiative designed specifically for female entrepreneurs across Nigeria. Created in partnership with Shecluded, the program aims to provide women with the skills, resources, and network they need to navigate and grow in the business world. Over an eight-week program, participants engage in both virtual and in-person training sessions that cover business validation, development strategies, and mentorship. Key benefits include guidance on grant applications, access to debt funding, loans, and free workspace at Shecluded’s co-working space.

The program reflects FCMB’s dedication to supporting women-led businesses in Nigeria’s entrepreneurial landscape. According to Felicia Obozuwa, FCMB’s Divisional Head of Corporate Services, this initiative highlights the bank’s commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for women entrepreneurs. Likewise, Ifeoma Uddoh, Founder of Shecluded, expressed excitement about partnering with FCMB to remove financial and educational barriers for women in business.
