Okorocha Takes Uzodimma to Court Over Imo West APC Senatorial Ticket
Former Governor Rochas Okorocha has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to nullify Governor Hope Uzodimma’s nomination as the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial candidate for Imo West.
In a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1854/2026, Okorocha is challenging the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) decision to publish Governor Uzodimma as the winner of the primary election.
