Key Highlights of the Budget

The 2025 budget stands out with an impressive 82% allocation to capital expenditures, signaling a strong focus on long-term infrastructure projects. “This budget, with 82% allocated to capital expenditures, underscores our unwavering commitment to long-lasting infrastructure projects,” Otti stated.

  • Port Harcourt Road, Aba: A critical artery in the state’s commercial hub.
  • Umuahia-Uzuakoli-Abriba-Ohafia Road: Enhancing connectivity and boosting economic activity across regions.
